Charcuterie has been a part of Anita's life for as long as she can remember, starting with her family's traditions of making homemade dried sausage and wine. Family gatherings always included a charcuterie board consisting of Italian meats, cheese, olives and bread. It was always the focus point of every Sunday meal or party. She had the idea of creating Italian style charcuterie boards for others so they can also gather with family and friends and enjoy a snack, or "spuntino", as they say in Italian. Each Spuntino board is filled with an assortment of meats, cheeses, olives, and crackers from Molisana Italian Imported Foods in Broadview Heights, OH.
